Let us explore the boundary between existence and non-existence, set on the stage of the "Cartesian theater" that appears between mind and body. The mind that feels like your "'self,"' the body you believe you are moving—both seem certain, yet are uncertain. By manipulating the body of another, let's consider whether our own will truly exists, or if it is something that is given. Where are the whereabouts of such a free will—one that seems to be, yet is not; that seems not to be, yet is?
This is an interactive installation where the audience remotely controls the creator's body. Viewers watch from the creator's perspective, send commands, and observe the physical response, blurring the boundary between operator and operated as their intentions become another's actions.
