This is an experiment to find imaginary “non-existent things” within real “existing things.” When riding a train and gazing out the window, I find myself imagining ninjas running along the outlines of buildings. In this way, I imagine fictional switches or external forces acting upon familiar phenomena and add them to the visual scene. It's also a reimagining of how we engage with the world—a way we all truly possess—actively misreading, discovering, and finding joy in the most ordinary everyday landscapes.
It simply takes the form of presenting viewers with the switch to the world I imagined. While there are absolutely no social ideologies or issues raised here, after seeing this video that presents non-existent laws as if they “exist,” you'll likely start imagining all sorts of laws when walking through the city. I'd love to take a walk with someone who finds this amusing.
